ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SPORTS MASSAGE FROM CLAIRE! She has released issues that no other massage has achieved!! Well worth the money and would recommend the 45 minutes. Its a little extra but worth it. Clare also gave me a couple of exercises to help and other bits of advice. Very professional service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
We came up for a few days to Windermere last week and due to an almost year-long problem with my right shoulder/upper back region I looked at having a sports massage in the Lakes. Up came Mountain Massage and with the ease of booking an appt online I was able to get in the same day. I saw Louis, who was just fantastic. I have been seen this year by NHS physios and also had numerous back/neck/shoulder and sports massages locally with minimal effect, however with two minutes Louis had pinpointed the problem and worked on it, as well as my back and hips included. One week on and I can't believe the difference. The pain and tension have gone after nearly a year. I am also doing daily exercises as recommended by NHS which have helped even more following the treatment I received last week, which was second to none. Thank you so much :)
