Visited windermere for the weekend and upon leaving found my car wouldn't start. Called Mountain Goat who towed my car back to their garage and got me going within an hour. Turned out driving through a massive puddle on the way there dislodged the wiring on the starter motor solenoid. They were very friendly and helpful and the cost was very reasonable, would definitely recommend.
Arrived in the Lake District for a few days with family members. Became aware of problem with brakes and contacted this garage today. Although their diary was clearly busy with cars booked in, the person who took a look was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Brake pads and disc sorted within the day. Service exemplary not forgetting Sally in the office who was clearly very knowledgeable. In this day and age this kind of service is very hard to come by and I for one am hugely impressed and very grateful.

Needed new brake pads whilst on holiday. Took my car first thing in the morning to this garage, and they had me sorted out within a few hours! Lovely people. Even let me leave the car there for the rest of the day whist we explored the area. Thanks a lot!
