Great customer service. Tried on a jacket, needed sleeves taking up which was done by their tailor to an excellent std and posted on to me at no extra charge within a week.....top job.

Currently trying to obtain a refund for items sent back over 2 weeks ago. They asked for proof of postage which i have sent along with 6 further communications which are currently being ignored.
