Fantastic spa day today. I came 4 years ago and the change is unbelievable. Much bigger spa area and the staff were outstanding!
I really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful hotel, comfy bed, lovely pool and sauna jacuzzi etc. Really enjoyed the food st the restaurants especially the blue smoke, and the breakfasts. We were in a family room with single beds downstairs and a king size upstairs. My only negative comment is that we were right by the laundry room and I could here the spin dryers going late into the night and early morning. this was faint but I am a light sleeper.
Great hotel, great spa, great staff, great location. What more can I say loved the place. Only down side the spa is rather expensive to just use the sauna and infinity pool that you see in the pictures. The ones you can use for free are not as good.
Great customer service, very friendly staff, always trying to help you. It's very clean. The spa is amazing. The gym has everything you need and more. I'll definitely recommend the mud room (you can have really good fun painting your partner with different colours of mud). The food in both restaurants is really delicious (considering I'm extremely picky about food). It's the best place for a romantic and relaxing weekend. I'll definitely go back when the outdoor spa is ready.
I stayed there for a few days at for a workshop and it was fantastic. The views were great, the food was great! If anything I gained a few pounds over the visit. 3 courses for dinner and full buffet breakfast. Lovely room and friendly staff. My only regret is I didnt have enough time to use the gym, sauna or the heated indoor pool but they looked great as well. I would definitely stay again.
