Great day out for the whole family. Not too expensive for an attraction within the lakes. Starts with a nice little video about Beatrix potters animal stories which then opens into the main experience. The experience itself tells some of the stories using well made models and dioramas as well as videos and interactive touch screens. The garden is lovely and a good example of what you can fit into a small space.About half way around there is a room full of interactive activities ranging from a large touch screen table to puzzles and screens on the walls. This was really popular with all the kids and many of the adults.Throughout there are sufficient information boards to make it interesting for adults and an activity trail to make it a bit more challenging for older children. We spent around 2hrs with two children under 7.The cafe downstairs is really nice with a good selection on the kids menu. Again it's not overly expensive for the lakes and it was nice homely food.

Lovely visit. Doesnt take long to get around. Beautiful exhibitions. Nice tea shop

I'm going to go again when my son is old enough to not run around it so fast it was great though All the decor and the garden was brill. We enjoyed it and I think my son will when he's older than one haha

Went with family and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and watching children with their parents looking for objects on a sheet too find. Their parents enjoyed the search as much as they did and the cafe and shop had lots too offer anyone. So why not go and see for yourself.

Too expensive. Kids free if under 3. Whats the point on taking under 3's. Adults charged full price... 20 for 1 kid n 2 adults for 1 hour. Was nice and my girl liked it. The garden is a little dosappointing
