We went for the 10 lakes tour. Our guide was very good an knowledgeable. The customer service needs improvement. I had made the full payment. But didn't receive the invoice. I called to ask. The lady on the line 'assumed' I was enquiring and asked me to 'stop and listen to her'. When I reiterated that I had paid in full, she made a token apology. I Asked her what her name was when she got really apologetic. A paying customer deserves respect. I was tempted to give one star. But it would be unfair to the the efforts of the guide.
Went on the Ten Lakes Spectacular tour. Bob was a brilliant guide, very knowledgeable and a great driver. Loved the tour. Got to see some great places. Highly recommended
