Total rip off.Booked my elderly grandma in for cut and perm as a treat. The cut looks great but unfortunately the perm was blow dried straight by the hairdresser so we ended up with a bob yet charged for the perming treatment. 64 for 1cm cut off and a 5minute blowdry!!!
