Great friendly restaurant good laugh with the landlord
What a wonderful experience. Made so very welcome after booking for 7 people at very short notice. We all chose from the early bird menu which had a very good choice and weren't disappointed. Each course was well presented and served hot were appropriate. Certainly recommend and will visit again when back in Bowness.
Shortly after arriving at our Hotel for our 50th birthday weekend my wife and i on our travels called into Beresford's for a quick drink downstairs & got chatting to the owner. Upon leaving we took a look at at the restaurant upstairs as soon as we opened the door & could smell the wonderful aroma from the food that we ended up eating at Beresford's & we were so pleased we did our waitress service was excellent. Our food was absolutely lovely it was a mild curry but not your usual curry the flavours were stunning. Thanks again for a wonderful night & kick starting our 50th birthdays. So if you are ever in Windermere give this place a try. Many thanks Mr & Mrs Henderson
We had a great experience there. The food was juicy and tasty. The atmosphere good and the decoration pleasant. The service was kind and fast.
Was nice we had the Sunday roast but the beef was very dry and the gravey very salty the puds was ok but drinks was exspensive
