Enjoyed a good pub meal of scampi and chips. It was a very good portion and served attractively with a side salad. The gentleman who served was very polite and attentive without being over the top. We went early tea time and at that point the pub was quiet and we were quickly served.

Visited this pub/eatery mid week ...nice selection of ales and an evening meal menu. Had a 'big screen' to enable the predominantly male visitors to watch the football game. My party of 4 enjoyed the large helpings of food offered. To finish off the evening the proprietor did a pub quiz. A fairly enjoyable night. Well worth a visit.
Very busy on New Years Day but service and the food were both excellent. New management will succeed if this level of work is maintained in the future.
A lovely local pub just off the beaten track. Surprisingly good pizza and lovely staff. Has deals every night with curry and a pint, pizza night and such like through the week.
