The spa facilities were great and the treatment was good. The service at the lounge bar was slow but the staff did apologise and were trying hard to keep up. It has fantastic views of the lake.
Very nice spa facilities, pleasant room with large bathroom. Enjoyed the small bar downstairs...view would have been lovely if it were not for the weather. Would definitely recommend opting in for the breakfast.
We had high tea at the hotel restaurant during mid of Nov to celebrate my son's birthday. The long hair lady waitress who serve us (didnt get her name) is friendly and professional. We had all our request and her service was really good:) Will definitely go back again!!
Old-fashioned hotel complete with creaking floors in bits! Excellent position on the lake and town centre. Get a lake view if possible.Couldn't be handier for the lake tours.Staff very helpful with good restaurant for both breakfast and evening meals.There are parking charges but well publicised before you book.Recommended.
A very nice hotel with friendly staff. The executive balcony room has a lovely view of the lake (attached) although it is smaller than I would have thought an executive room would be. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner although the service can be slow at times.The spa is quite nice. With the hotel stay you can go there to swim and enjoy the sauna.Over all a good experience.
