Lovely and peaceful within easy reach of lakes and pub just down the road
The perfect place for peace, quiet and relaxation. Easy access to all areas by bus which provides an excellent service (and plenty of entertainment!)
Absolutely amazing. Not a single fault. Stayed in Gowan Cottage and it had beautiful view and fabulous river sounds. The bedrooms were immaculate and the facilities worked well (Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.) Surrounded by the amazing lakes. Brilliant pub across the main road that serves all day food.
We have stayed on the Ing's Mill Park sight 4 times now and it's very quiet, very clean and just far enough from the road to not be able to here the traffic but close enough to the A591 to be able to be in Windermere within 15 mins. Lovely little stream running through the center of the park and sheep and horse up on the hills.
We stayed in one of the cottages with Lakelovers. It was perfect, quiet location. 2 mins to the main road. Great base for exploring the south lakes
