Place is very clean and breakfast was good.the owners were very pleasant and helpful

Nice rooms, good service and a lovelly breakfast. Near to local shops and bars in Windermere. The lake is about a 20 minute walk down hill going but up hill on the wall back.
Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and well organised who served an excellent breakfast. Rooms were modern and well decorated. 3.50 for taxi to Bowness so we left the car in the Guest house free carpark.
We stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely stay here again. The hosts are lovely and so thoughtful. They made me an vegan English breakfast and it was delicious! Room was very clean as was the pool, would recommend to anyone :)
